As a fan of over 30 years the only current league clubs i have not seen the Albion play are Dagaenham, Morecambe and Accrington. Burton to be included from next season.
Further to an earlier thread, i understand that a deal has been agreed today that will see Dick stand down as Chairman. Tony Bloom will be the new Chairman. I have no reason to disbelieve the source, and i am not given to rumour. I am surprised it is happening now, but as Bloom is paying for the...
Agreed, will be a great league next season, plenty of Local matches, and hopefully the Albion with the financial clout to be at the right end of the table
Need a keeper, Michel only as back up. Racon would be a good signing, but doubt Charlton would sell. As i said earlier i expect the Albion to splash the cash this summer, and there is the sale of Lynch to Forest. They allegedly will pay £200k
I believe we have substantial funds to spend, so hoping we can get some quality that will move us in the right direction, Rose at Stockport would be another, plus a decent keeper to come in as no 1, with Michel as back up.
David Vaughan Blackpool Left side midfield
Neil Kilkenny Leeds Attacking midfield
Ben Parker Leeds Left back - cover for McNulty
Brad Johnson Leeds Attacking midfield
I see that in one of the Sunday's the Albion are linked to Dean Brill keeper at Luton. Would not be a bad signing. Personally still disapointed Sullivan was released, but i reckon Kuipers might have been if he was out of contract. Good shot stopper but poor distribution, and likely to blame all...
I don't think Dick has a choice, Bloom has been the major funder of the club for over 12 months now, and would have sacked Adams earlier if Dick had not been so loyal. I have no problem with Dick as i said earlier, he deserves legendary status, but the times are changing and we will spend big...
There is no doubt that Tony Bloom has had a significant role in the financial structure of the Albion for over 12 months now. There has bewen talk that his involvement in the Albion could be as much as £24 Million, with funding support for the Stadium and significant funds being made available...
Get some younsters in that are fighting for a contract at their club, not journeyman looking for an easy buck and who couldn't give a monkeys about the Albion. If Hereford can do it why can't we ??
