Fixed! I simply deleted NSC from favourites and reloaded from Google and resaved to favourites. I think this is the first time the old turn-it-off-and-turn-it-back-on-again actually worked. Why didn't someone on here suggest this? :)

Speaking as an oldie (76), assuming it's a fairly short journey I'd decline an offer of a seat as I prefer to stand. That way I don't have the hassle of getting up again from a seat
