I can't believe people are moaning about the toilets. There were about ten thousand people at the start-most of whom would want at least one wee before the race.

What a brilliant day. I finished in 4.50ish which I was initially disappointed with (I pulled my hamstring after 19 miles and walked most of the rest) but on reflection I'm pretty pleased with that. The support from the crowd was brilliant - I got 30 "come on andys" and 120 "come on seagulls"...
