I'm stuck too, I tried logging in from another screen/browser but that was just a paused queue too (and around 2000 people in front of me) as it stands I 'just' have 239 in front :(

Now I'm getting a message on the queue after waiting 30 mins 'we are experiencing problems with our payment provider, please check back later' - is the queue working for anyone else if I refresh the page?
