You need to click the Seagulls TV option in the app menu, then click the live tab. You will also need to ensure you have entered your details into the app settings.

Yes, just finalising with EFL Digital on subscribers' behalf. The likely process will be an email to all subscribers, asking those affected by the issue to reply and they will be provided with an additional two months' free subscription.
We have asked iFollow to ensure that those who've experienced difficulties with the service to be either offered:
1. An additional two-months' free subscription
Or, 2. If still now satisfied, a refund.
We are awaiting confirmation back from EFL Digital to confirm this.

To clarify, when I say Crawley etc worked, we are aware that those with certain browser still had problems. We are aware many had issues depending on what hardware/software they were using and have advised which browsers users have had issues with, and are asking Neulion, Realise and EFL Digital...
