    Big cat sightings in Sussex

I saw a big cat in Portslade one day, swear it was a lion. I didn't hang around, jumped in my spaceship and got out of there quick.

My son's first proper Albion match tomorrow - any tips?

That's a great idea, I've been taking my boy since he was 4 (he's now 9) and he still asks me now which was his first game and I can't bloody remember! To be honest, with the Amex and what it entails the 'sell' to a young kid is a damn sight more attractive than the Withdean was for a load of...

    Birmingham Away

Not had mine yet either. What with all the threads of late complaining about costs etc this game has worked out to be pretty low cost. Taking my 9 year old, got advance train tickets from Brighton to New Street (Virgin from Euston not the slow one) for £35 return and tickets were £30 (25 for...

[Albion] Post-match reaction - yet again an awful referee has cost us

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I text my brother before the game saying I don't think I've ever seen a starting eleven with less pace in my time supporting the Albion. Whether this affected the result its impossible to say as I wasn't there sadly. Onwards and upwards.

Losing Spanish Dave Is like losing one of the family

Get a grip! He showed some real class at times but went AWOL during both play off games which means I'm now disappointed to see him go as opposed to gutted. And yes I know he wasn't the only one who went AWOL but he is massively experienced so guess I just expected him to step up for those...

Volio Vincente 28/1 3:20 Newton Abbot

I backed a horse called Vincente on the flat a couple of weeks ago around the time we let him go, it was 33/1 so I did it each way and was well chuffed that it came second...until I noticed it got beat a nose! Gutted.
