Cyclists riding in the dark with no bike lights is really annoying, and I'm glad they punished him well.
They should have got him for riding under the influence as well.
The argument for not sorting out this problem (and others that may come up) is that the admin costs would be too great relative to the proposed savings.
It is very useful for looking for jobs as recruitment companies or graduate job companies post their latest vacancies. So you just set them all up in a list and can search the latest jobs from many different sources.
Otherwise I don't use it.
I didn't think it was the best episode of the series. It had some laugh out loud moments in the first half, but the 'cock-slapping' was ridiculous.
I'm not sure on next week's episode having seen the trailer for it.
It may be an incentive (now) to increase the fertility rate to pay for the inevitable large increase in retirees in a few decades time, as a result of the 'baby-boom' post-war period.
Of course there has to be time to implement the policy, that's a given.
As the estimated savings are quite small (relatively), why has this been announced now? I'd have thought they would be announcing 'quick cutting' policies at the moment.
