[Albion] Brighton & Hove Albion vs Burnley *** Official Match Thread ***

Still, at least it's the international break now AND lockdown, so no time to dwell on what might have been.........that's good.

Aspie? A great overall performance? Nope. Far too many unforced errors. And chances butchered left, right and centre.

Not a good performance. Some glimpses of a decent side, especially when the ball is moved through Lallana. But poor decision making and / or bad technique in the final 3rd and Pope didn't really break sweat. Personally I don't think Gross is up to it, nor is Burn (not as LWB anyway)...

Burn is no sort of LWB. Absolutely butchered that pass from Lallana. And many other cock-ups.

    1. What a stupid time for a football match. 2. Not too worried about The Complete; I think compared with his even more inept colleagues, he's probably one of the more solid performers these days. 3. I think we'll play well and win. 4. I shall be pissed by 7.30pm.

I can't find that email, and in any event, having announced the refund process, taking more payments is odd.

[Albion] Remember, remember, the 5th November

Not Nov 5th, but I felt like posting this - doesn't get played enough. Possibly the best goal I've seen live, I love it when somebody just twats the ball.

    [Football] VAR not the issue

That was how it was "sold" to fans - the Thierry Henri handball that knocked Ireland out the world cop would have been spotted etc, the hand of god etc etc However, most people could see that once it was in, there would be increasing use of VAR and it is that scope creep which is ruining the...
