True.
But I got comfortable expecting results to go our way. I thought Villa might win today but didn't expect Leicester to implode second half. Plus Newcastle gifting Watford 2 penalties has really put the mockers on things for me this weekend. :annoyed:
Not handball in my opinion but it appears to strike the same area of the player that meant the Harry Kane goal was disallowed at Sheff U - so consistent I guess
Is the correct answer - how can it be anything other than this for Albion supporters ?
I just don't understand people who put their dislikes of teams above the Albion - in every game not involving the Albion I will always look for the best outcome for us , that's why I was so annoyed Villa...
Bernado had a shocker as well. Never closed down the cross once , went missing at full back and seemed to drift aimlessly into a centre half role . Shame as he was looking decent earlier in the season.
I wonder if Potter will have the nerve to replace Ryan after tonight ?
If his performance had been from an outfield player he wouldn't be on the bench at Southampton
Unfortunately there are some undermining qualities that he has that have come to light.
He's great at reflex saves but is beaten from distance far to often .Doesn't come for the ball in the air to give the defence a break.
His in one of the positions the Albion need to strengthen. IMO
Another game lost within the first 30 minutes - no snapping into tackles just stand off and watch.
Ryan needs a rest - at fault for first goal and doesn't come for corners delivered into the six yard box - stuck on his line.
Could be a real rout in second half
Great results today would have been Watford and West Ham defeats !! :censored:
Need to keep as many teams below us as possible as Villa or Bournemouth might do something special (unlikely but possible)
I think he has done amazingly well considering the circumstances. Getting to know the squad and losing strikers early on in the season etc,
Most people will agree that this season the League is stronger than that in Chris Hughton's last season. We have equaled our points tally already and are...
Yes it looks like Bournemouth won't catch us now although they might beat Spurs who are poor at the moment.
Villa seem a bit more up for it. Really hope Liverpool turn up tomorrow as Villa's last 4 games could go either way. ???
