The issue with the stopped clock is that football is often about momentum. Time wasting will still occur to break the momentum of a team on the constant attack. Personally, I don't think there is an answer to stop it other than issuing second yellow cards.

Looks like he's been brilliant so far. I read in an article he took private lessons during COVID to learn Spanish and it seems to have paid off. Looking forward to seeing what this brings as he clearly deserves it.
