Looks done and dusted for his Boro move was there today having a medical. £9 million rising is the fee. Britt Assombalonga looks likely together but not done yet asBurley looks up their offer.
I have to agree I actually think he's the better player. Personally don't think to much of AT and to think he's got god know how many England caps showed the lack of depth england had at this time. That aside the fact he is better it's still a poll that is rather stupid on a BHAFC forum.
I
Can't be bothered to check the whole thread to see if it's been mentioned and no doubt crap potentially but seen Ruben Pardo mentioned on twitter as a potential signing either permanent or on loan from Real Sociedad
Squad wise 1st season in PL you would have to say a fair number would be useful to the squad and have a part to play
I would say 20 of them but would also say 5 or 6 new signings still needed and you would be looking at them to be in the match day 18 at least if not starting 11
Keeper unless we use Sanchez
LB
CB if CG out on loan
CM
Winger
Number 10
Striker
So I would say between 5-7
Assuming we take up 2 loans I would say we looking at 3-5 permanent deals. Someone like Joe Gomez could fill the LB slot and act as CB and still not be in the full 25 man squad.
No strong rumours we were ever in for him. Abrahams was the 1 we wanted but he has chosen Swansea. If the press are to be believed we want Izzy Brown and you can only have 1 on loan from any one club so seems unlikely at this time we were ever in for him. Im interested to see how he actually...
Sort of what I meant I think. When I say we controlled games we do it as much without the ball as we do with it. We hold a great shape and when we get it back normally we are looking to break quickly. We have scored some brilliant goals on the break over the past 2 seasons. We managed to do that...
Massive transition for us. We have been used to controlling games over the past couple seasons whilst quite often being out numbered in the middle of the park. Baldock always put a shift in though without the ball which is why we could do it.
In terms of the squad we will need improvements to it...
I've looked inside since as I have friends in the trade that were interested. Needs a fair bit of updating but it could be a brilliant pub with the right hands in charge. There is certainly room upstairs as well to make a B&B.
The village has a lot going for it. Cricket pitch is right next door...
The Ram is a little dated and over priced for what it is there but they are generally busy especially through the summer. Obviously a look of walkers who head onto the downs, campsite near by and some decent local trade and also runs as a B&B.
The Trevor is owned by the estate. The lady that...
