People on the radio just now moaning that they're being flown back to the UK on a replacement flight, on time, same day, for free, but they're having to catch a coach home (paid for, aka Free) from a different airport to the one they were supposed to land at. People. Seriously.

I had an issue where my own account and my Son's account were on the same email. I updated his, then it booted mine out as it was the same email address. It wouldn't play ball at all, despite many attempts with other email addresses. Most annoying as I'm pretty computer savvy and these things...
