I think he has burnt his bridges a little,... sadly,..... I would love him to stay, but for his International future, and his bank account, I think he will force a move eventually.
Its all subjective of course, your assumptions hold as many holes as mine do because we dont know the answers in reality.
I wont miss him, but I am looking forward to A.N. Other playing instead.
What you say makes perfect sense, except for one thing,... when Ings moved from the support role to number 1 when Austin left, he simply couldnt stop banging them in,.... AB has sadly been found wanting when given the same opportunity this season once Ulloa was crocked.
I sincerely believe though, that if we didnt have our torrid injury issues with strikers this season, AB would have been on the fringes behind LU, CMS and WH..... dont beat me up over it, I am expressing a view, its not 'HATE' as some of you love to throw around, its simply that I am not a fan...

I am looking forward to hearing the hypocritical anti-CMS brigade....those posters on here who happily gave CMS a bad press, calling Barnes a far better player, but then jumped up and down with indignation when AB was even remotely criticised.......I won't have any other players in the squad who...
Whilst we lived a mere five or six hundred meters from each other in the same Somerset village, my social circles were a little rough for him them being mainly focussed around the rugby club...and I only saw him once in one of the four pubs we have.....and that was when we met for a...
So, how long exactly is that line you refer to?.... and of those in that line, how many got away with it? .... I would hazard a guess without even doing any research, that the line you are sure is long, is in fact very very short.
