'I couldn't hear what was being said but, knowing that it might be about a serious matter, I chose to stay quiet. Unfortunately, I then choked on a piece of half time pie and a 'boo' like sound came out of my mouth. I was unable to stop this for five minutes'
Not really given up. There's more than the Albion. A lot of enjoyable scenarios in all the leagues. West Ham v Liverpool was a humdinger in the second half. Then there's the other leagues.
Albion specific, Europe has pretty much gone. But it doesn't matter. The sun will still rise in the morning.
At Rotherham a few years back I decided to visit an interesting church in the town in my DULLARD way. It was a bank holiday and it was closed. I got into conversation with a couple of Rotherham fans who took me to the pub for an hour or so and insisted that they paid for the drinks. Splendid...

Can't defend this one.
I was there for Australia Day in 1996. I went to Darling Harbour (can't say that without thinking about Blackadder)
The special guest was Jason Donovan.
I think @AmexRuislip is friends with @Guinness Boy who is an old friend of mine. So I may have met him, or not. I'll vote for him because he likes reading my online journal. Which is really for dullards. And I like dullards.
