The whole project is ill thought through, why would you do this before sorting the Arthur Waite? Buy the houses behind it as phase one and then create a better stand over there.

I'd heard The Tunnel Club might prove popular; it's slightly different to Brighton and Spurs et al, it's a tunnel from Selhurst Station to the Main Stand, this saves you having to navigate the mean streets of Selhurst and allows you to arrive safely in the ground.

How many main stands can that ground have? Have they ring fenced the ring fence?
