Anyone else do Brighton 10k on Sunday? I aimed for under 45 mins and very happy to come home with a 43:18. Enjoyable event!

Great stuff @BenElton'sBrother ! I did Barns Green Half for the first time on Sunday. Great event and enjoyed the course. Nipped under 1 hour 40 mins which I was very pleased with. Also have an SB update for 5k - 20:07 (63.89%) at Brighton Tri last month, did the sprint and somehow managed that!

9 for me - kept our big name players and brought in some excellent prospects. I would have loved Gilmour to stay and was excited to see Sarmiento get his chance here, rather than another loan. But the club knows best and I’m extremely happy overall and looking forward to this season!

Sounds like Gruda won’t be involved just yet.
