Mrs AR is an ex head chef, so most of what we eat is cooked with fresh ingredients. Occasional fry up which doesn't do any harm

Yeh cheers for that, its all about education I guess ??? Only have done minimal growing up allotment, due to my fatigue issues, so cannot let Mrs AR do all of work. Just pots, runner beans, courgettes and the resident fruit bushes. 👍
