Interesting point. For arguements sake say Michael Carrick (first name that popped in my head) had tragically died would there be black armbands? Would the game even be played? Not taking sides or having a go at the FA, just wondered.
I guess we'll never know so in a way it's a pointless arguement but based on how we were playing and the previous games in the tournement I still think Germany would have torn us apart regardless whether that goal was allowed.

This Jamie Strong almost gets talked about more then any other player. Having been a couple of years above him at the same school I've heard a few stories about him but Jesus how many people wanna talk about him.
