#OnionBag. This is what football is about. We could have played for another hour and not scored. We used to stay after school for something called shooting practice.

I think we’ll rout them second half. Put three up top.

It’s about what we’re like in the final third. Thumbs up to Connolly. Cruel to keep Maupay on, he’s so out of form.

I just ask myself would they be behaving like this if they were top of national south?

[Albion] Tony Bloom Just Sign a Proper Striker. End of.

A loan striker on a high wage seems a good planning option. It’s clearly a specialist skill that current employees are not equipped and therefore demands a significant premium.

[Albion] Tony Bloom Just Sign a Proper Striker. End of.

This reads as frustration with Maupay. Maupay has his strengths particularly when playing deep. He is not the one to lead the line. A fit Welbeck is our main hope. Also our midfielders need to stop watching rugby.

First half contributed to loss with a too cautious approach. Better second half with two up top.

Never mind future, son still tied up in the current lock down roadmap - still waiting for his business support grant from Brighton and Hove. Heard other authorities released much quicker.

Can’t see Fulham going down. Defensively strong and enough quality to score. Monday is an even bigger night.

[Albion] Are we still worrying about WBA, Sheff Utd and Fulham's results?

Fulham have been playing well for a while now. Defensively sound. Just had a dose of Brightonitus in the final third but could be in recovery on tonight’s performance. I’ll definitely be giving Burnley v Fulham a viewing on Wednesday.

    [Albion] Premier League 13-15/02

I’m getting less worried about Fulham. They are a decent team but even worse than us in the final third.

[Albion] Thoughts on that missing killer instinct

Running a tight defensive ship means you just need one or two quality moments, You can spend £40m on a striker but at the end of the day a MacAllister header could have won us the three points tonight. Fine margins.
