I missed the thread, but saw the film at the Connaught in Worthing on Tues, absolutely stunning, I never tire of seeing them flying.
Sad to see another one leaving us. We have so many reasons to be thankful to them.
You could stamp out diving very quickly with VAR and post-match penalties. Suspend a player for 3 games for diving in post-match analysis and it would pretty much stop.
I'm not naturally pessimistic, but I couln't see any way they'd find these guys after this time. Good news story - I bet Trump tweets that it's either a hoax, or he'll take the credit.
I thought Rose was our best player last night, though I missed the goal - I was so bored I'd switched over to watch the womens cricket 20/20, where we thrashed NZL.
I've worked with it at 3 different places and I've seen it done poorly, but I have also seen it done really well - we got a lot out of it, but you do need everyone to buy into it. In my 35 years in software, I picked up some of the best techniques I've come across.
We have a few places to sit out in the pedestrian area of East St in Shoreham, if you want to come a little further. just a couple of hundred yards from the station, and the beach is just over the footbridge, if that's what you want.
Yup, assuming you're in the UK, they charge a shed-load for those bedside gizmos. At RSCH I get it for free - having their broadband password and using Sky Go.
Also, it's still early days for the technology, so it will take time and mistakes will be made and the process will improve. No real problems for me with it so far, of course it won't be 100%
You paid and they accept you paid - that should be it. You entered into a contract for a service, paid for it and they accept you paid for it. End of, surely.
Me too, though I don't seem to have a comprehensive tipping policy. Cabs I tend to round up to the nearest pound unless it's too little. Barbers I probably add 2 or 3 quid to a £14 bill - the mid-cut chat might dictate the amount. I don't tip dustmen, postmen. Sometimes tip take-away delivery...
