So, getting back to basics. I noticed that someone had suggested that Julian Borner from Armenia Bielefeld will be signing for us. Bit of a random twitter account though
Its was just an ideal world scenario admittedly but I'd really like us going into those games after Man City having done most of our deals. I understand that one or two could well come in late into the window. I do agree though, the transfer window does kind of make the late shopping inevitable
I said the majority, you can't always get everyone in you want, when you want. I just don't want to see us needing 3 players with just a few weeks left in the window for example
As much as it is vital we add to our strike force I feel it is equally vital we get a large majority of our signings in before the 1st fixture. If we do too many late transfer window deals we have missed a chunk of our winnable points start to the season we've been handed (Man City aside)
:lolol::lolol: All that utter nonsense needs to be moved to its own space on NSC. Bozza Any chance this maybe reviewed. Most people come here to specifically discuss and catch up with Albion related news. Half the time it's just filled up with political borons.
Totally agree, there have been other examples of this with some of our poorer signings as well. Highlight reels are really not worth anything. You can edit anything to make it look good
Th guy has one year left on his contract so I can see the clubs point of view. The player and the agent are desperate for the move but Ingolstadt are trying to hold out. I think there may well be a deal somewhere in between those two figures.
It's clear we are looking mainly abroad for value...
According to the Argus today talks between the clubs has now stalled and we are looking at other options. Ingolstadt want 3.5m we are offering 2.2m and looks like that's all we are prepared to offer at this stage
