He lost my vote over Gaza after some comments he made after the start of the conflict. It caused me to realise how, like other politicians, he'll do what he can to be elected and appease the media. I think his delight at the endorsement of Rupert Murdoch was the final evidence.
Has to be Cruella Braverman. As I said earlier, her speech last night was so warm and moving that it felt like the White Witch enticing Edmund into her sleigh with turkish delight. I was convinced that at the end she was going to turn everyone to stone.
She's just the sort of hateful person...
Just noticed how Labour won a landslide majority with less votes than the last election.

Cruella is hotfooting it to Portsmouth North, her sleigh sweeping down the A27 pulled by salivating wolves. Penny will be turned to stone with one swish of her woke wiping wand. But wait, she's gone. I can here the cackling from a service station as she turns back to the frozen castle.
So not surprised. I've only been there once in my life. It's like something out of the 1970s. I went their for a cricket tour in 2021 (you'd have liked that). We sat in a bar by the pier. Jim Davison being advertised as it's top bill coming up. It's Clacton with a few more bells on.
BBC saying...
I very much doubt that. His victory speech was outstanding and the Green candidate forgot herself and stood their fawning over him. Probably relieved the Greens didn't split his vote.
I think this exit poll may be the one that got the actual seat distribution most wrong. Not surprising as I'm not sure it's a clear cut as before. So there may be some interesting results still.
