Don't think we had the concrete options last season and even terrific players need some rotation.
Pedro, Adingra, and a more experienced Enciso (his performance against Wolves there!) can all play there now.
What a season we could have if even Mitoma is looking over his shoulder. (And not just...
Ah right. They've really missed the boat there then. They should have got 60 million off arsenal when they had the chance and reinvested. Rather than plugging away with him supported by Macartur and Ward etc.
That's such a strange one. They should have cashed in on him when he still gad legs / could give a shìt.
Surely they won't get much from Galatasaray and he won't get mad Saudi wages.
They've effectively Kerplunked themselves in a doomed romance
Lineker was fast wasn't he?
In terms of body shape and movement and finishing he reminds me of Yakubu the Nigerian striker who played for (I think) Middlesborough.
Ha. It absolutely wasn't supposed to be derogatory! Japanese fans and away supporters took up most of those available seats last season. Including mine apparently.
I missed leicester last year (aaarrghh!) Because of Covid and Forest as I was away.
Neither single ticket sold on the exchange so my dad sat next to no nobody. I had a few skint mates I'd have happily given it to but would have cost them 30 quid and me 20 quid.
I've heard all the arguments...
Someone seems to be seeing something in him. Admittedly I've only watched the videos but I just can't see that he'd what we need. He seems to be another version of loads of things we've already got.
I would be alright with a bit of recruitment in the fullback / CB areas and a replacement for...
I just think it's such a difficult position to be ready for in a De Zerbi team. That said, it's nice to have a manager whom you trust to put people in if they've shown enough in training.
I'm not sure why Igor is in everyone's team just because he's new.
I'd say Dunk and Webster will start and if fit Lallana is more likely to start than Pedro.
De Zerbi has been great at introducing néw players but they all got phased in at the right times.
I'd not seen much of him but was very pleased with that run out. Strong and skillfull and quite direct through the middle.
Also thought Adingra was interesting as a makeshift right back / wing back. Pace to burn.
Hes certainly won me over and I thought he was a total waste of space initially. He's always going to have limits, especially lack of pace and in certain games they seem to have gone on around him. But he's just one of those players who knows how to score. Think he's super useful in that he...
I didn't intend to watch it but found myself doing so for some reason. You can't always take much from friendly matches but I was largely enjoyable if you ignore the red card silliness and the takeaway gist is: we are going to be good fun again.
Indeed. Also the general tone. It's like 'who are THESE people, to say no to US?'
Like some Valley Princess being rejected by a hick from a trailer park.
They'd do well to remember that not so long ago they were just another average shìtpot club, most famous for having a player named after a...
The delusions of Grandeur of some of these dorks. Who, let's remember have just been able to log into a website to gain their authority, is incredible to me.
I might start a twitter account and declare myself to be the actual Emperor Napoleon and declare my intention to invade and annexe the...
