If it stops clubs hoarding players then it can only be a good thing. It seems to have been on the cards for years now so clubs can't say they haven't been warned.

As someone else said, leave the finances to others. If the club can agree a deal then he could be a wonderful player again. All signings are a risk but whoever Alli signs for, there is a decent player in there somewhere. I wish people would stop quoting the non existent no dick-heads rule...

Thanks for bouncing this thread. When I saw his being touted as a possible future replacement I did think that people weren't that keen not so long ago! To be fair, he has worked wonders at Forest (52% win ratio)
