Back from seeing A Quiet Place: Day One. Very well done, interesting to see how the invasion affected NYC. In itself it doesn't really add a lot to the overall story (it's really showing a different perspective on the story), but well done and Lupita Nyong'o is typically excellent in it.
If you don't mind being in Brooklyn, the Hotel le Bleu is very nice - have stayed there twice, and it is very handy for the subway system (albeit it takes a little while to get into central Manhattan) and for the Brooklyn Centre which is a sports and concert venue.

Yeah I subsequently realised that. It's of course akin to a footballer betting on his team losing, then doing something iffy to ensure it happens. I typed that original comment pre-coffee! :lolol:
I don't see this as being THAT much of an issue...it's like a football supporter putting a relegation bet on to soften the blow if it happens. The candidate in question for this instance wasn't using inside information.

I've used it a few times on cruise ships recently, in fairly far flung places in some instances, and it has been superb throughout. A definite thumbs up from me; sounds ideal for your needs.
