Cannot beat a 12 goal thriller

Made me think what is the most unusual scoreline you have seen Albion involved in. Mine is probably 6-4 v Mansfield back in the sixties. I think we led 5-2 at half time. Also saw a 9-1 and 10-1 in that decade.

    Help with a photo

If that is really the IoW you must have a bloody good camera - in which case the cliffs are obviously Ballard Down at Swanage - the continuation of the chalk outcrop of the Needles.

    Player passes to Steward.

Think that could feature in a future specsavers ad.

    RIP Jack Bodell

Didn't he also fight Sir Kenneth Clarke at Wembley for the Oxford Chair of Fine Art in a Python sketch ?

    The Sidwell Goal

I've just remembered Stuart Munday's cracker at Filbert Street in the 90s - another one that you needed to be behind the goal to enjoy fully.

    Morgana Robinson - The Agency.

The trouble I find with impressionist programmes these days is that I usually haven't a clue who the "celebrities" they are impersonating are ! Bring back Mike Yarwood.

Longest half hour in the Albion's history

I took the dog for the longest walk it had ever been on in remote woodland, returning to the car at 5pm in trepidation at turning on Sports Report for the result.

    Knockaert in the 61st minute....

We need a compilation of all his "standing ovation" moments from this and last season (a la Vicente) - anybody ?

    Goldstone Memories - 1964/65

Still my most remembered season. Went to every home game bar one (a 5-0 win over Chesterfield when I had shingles - missed Norman Wisdom performing Sussex by the Sea on the pitch at half time) I can still feel the excitement when us schoolkids queuing outside the old North Road Baths one...

Did a hero of yours ever fall from grace in your eyes, and why?

John Cleese. I used to think he was the god of comedy up until about 1980 - haven't found him in the slightest bit funny ever since.

    Bhasvic? Any thoughts....

I left BH&SGS 47 years ago and I don't think my experiences then would help either.
