[Albion] If (or rather when) Bissouma moves - who will replace him in the starting eleven?

Last few games Bissouma has been a bit more advanced, so maybe Moder is the man who can play the holding role and ghost into the penalty area when required. From the little I've seen of Moder he does look like a potential goal scorer and probably more clinical than Bissouma.

    [Football] Established Premier League

Not sure I agree about not being recognised by the big clubs, I get the feeling we are respected in terms of stadia, training facilities and squad. I get the feeling the board is recognised as more often than not Barber is the one interviewed by the media when they are looking for an opinion...

    [Albion] 24 years ago today

Such a roller coaster of emotions, never had a headache like it before a combination of beer a stress. Always say it's my best footballing day ever, it just meant so much to so many.

[Albion] Have Albion progressed this season?

Our style of play is a huge positive, the strength of the squad is also a positive. Our home wins ratio hopefully can only get better and in general we are a hard nut to crack on the road. I'm sure like many the concern is the missed scoring opportunities and hence our inability to convert draws...

    [Albion] Who should get games?

I can't see the value trying out young players against our final four opponents, I'm sure GP has a season end target 43/44 points or 12th / 13th place.

[Albion] Bissouma, will he stay or will he go?

If the price is right he will go, if it is not be will stay. Just hope any business is sorted early.

[Albion] Potter or Hodgson, Albion's squad or Palace's squad

Palace under Roy's experience have reached a peak, the Albion under Potter and his shortish managerial career are work in progress and still to reach a peak.

[Football] Liverpool and Manchester United lead ‘European League’ breakout league idea

Fine line between pessimism and reality. How is the German model going to work with privately owned businesses, can you see TB selling half the value of his shares or any other Chairman for that matter. The bigger clubs have highlighted a desire for a bigger slice of the pie and that desire...

    [News] Post Office convictions quashed.

I use to run my own PO branch and sub office, the PO operated like bullies to the counter staff offering very little support. I got done by a fraud case which cost me £2.5k and was one of dozens hit by the same scam, if the Horizon system was flagged with a warning it could have been so...

[Albion] Chelsea vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

I thought it was an excellent display tonight. We stopped a quality side from playing a created enough chances to have sneaked a win. GP had clearly put a lot of time into nullifying Chelsea.

[Football] Liverpool and Manchester United lead ‘European League’ breakout league idea

I fully understand your point but this is going to be a worldwide brand, we think the Premier is big but this has the potential to be huge. Sponsors will be falling over themselves to be part of it and not give a hoot about what is left below this Super League. I'm totally against it but...

[Football] Liverpool and Manchester United lead ‘European League’ breakout league idea

This is just an opening shot from the clubs but at the end of the day money talks. Similar to Kerry Packer's World Cricket the authorities will climb down, can you see a World Cup without the best player's in the World participating, FIFA and the sponsors would not allow it. The rich simply want...

[Football] Liverpool and Manchester United lead ‘European League’ breakout league idea

In one form of another this will go through. The top six (who or whatever that means) have been moaning that they should be receiving more funds than the rest of the division the only way to achieve this is to break away and set up your own league with a big backer with vast sums of cash like J...

Yves Bissouma SINGS on a 5 (five) year deal

How long is left on his contract? Has the contract been extended at anytime? I would have thought if Biss has no intention to extend a contract it would be best to sell and cash in while he is still of value to us.

[Albion] REALISTIC signings for next season?

Benteke, in form, out of contract, would probably take a pay cut, knows Trossard, is something different and holds the ball up well. I'll put on my tin hat!

Palace have twelve out of contract plus leaving loan players, must be a bargain somewhere amongst them........

Points at Old Trafford are hard to achieve, take a draw right now.

[Football] Would you support Offside Rule being scrapped ?

Give it a trial run in something like the Ryman league over a whole season. You can't just trial it in a cup competition where games are often a bit more open. Offside is currently spoiling the game so I voted bin it, alternatively offside only in and around the penalty area, it would make the...

Lallana pointing out Veltman for his role in Trossard's goal, great team goal.
