Unfortunately he lost his mojo way back in the pre-season games. Made a stupid error in one of these games (I think it was against a Spanish team) that cost us a goal. He has made silly errors every so often since then. The same way Maty Ryan had a bad period, got dropped for Bob and was then...
Sanchez makes too many clangers. He's unreliable. However, I think RDZ said somewhere a week or two ago that Bob would play against United in the cup. Would be very surprised to see him play against Chelsea.
LOL would have been great to hear the f***ing magpies tune take off! I might get to a match at Norwood Oval if I can work out what matches are where in this rather unusual "Gather Round".
You may be correct. I was mainly referring to commercial American beers which are all dreadful. Last time I was over on the South Coast I went to a pub in Portslade which did in fact have a beautiful craft American dark beer on tap.
A solid one-sided Abion win hopefully. Just depends on how they've been affected by the Spurs match. They may be thinking what's the use? They may also be totally fired up and driven to destroy those f**in' entitled Chelsea dips**ts. We shall see.
American beer is mostly (but not completely) rubbish. Go to a pub in or near Brighton and you have such a fantastic choice of excellent British beers. Good God I miss that!
Indeed. Americans became sick of being preached at by virtue signalling lefties, which led to the rise of neo-conservatism. Unfortunately it also led to the rise of Donald Trump who seems hell-bent on destroying the political foundations that accommodate everyone regardless of their political views.
Trust me...if you're not a Richmond fan you're not moved by it.! It would be difficult to be moved by any Aussie Rules footy song - they all suck. The worst one ever was the Crows original theme song way back in the 90's which went...."here we go, here we go, here we go:......" without stopping...
The irony in all of this is they use their hands to play the game, for a lot of the time in all Australian Rules "Football" and Rugby League games. In their early days, both codes stole the term "football" because they couldn't think of anything better at the time. 😂
The insults that Rugby League supporters throw at Aussie Rules supporters and vice versa are hilarious. Aussie Rules people say that League or "Thugby League" is a "bum sniffing" sport and I can't actually spell out what League supporters say about Aussie Rules that's over and above the "aerial...
...and the Eagles and Dockers rivalry is a big one too. Having said this, you will know better than I how intense the rivalry is? The Crows and Port have a deep and ferocious hatred for each other.
If you're bothered by mullets, don't go to a Rugby League game in Australia. Going to a League match in Australia is like a trip to the zoo.
What most non-Australians wouldn't understand is the so-called Barassi Line, that divides the country on the basis of who plays Aussie Rules and people...
You Victoria-centric moron. What ill-informed rubbish! It's not mainly followed by Victorian "folk". The sport is massive in Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory and it has a foothold in Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT. The biggest rivalry in the AFL is...
Hope you are correct but I'm not confident. The only time I can recall the club really showing some balls is when they stood firm on the Caicedo club move issue. There are probably other examples but I can't think of them.
It may have also impacted on the team's confidence as well unfortunately. I really, really hope I'm wrong, but what's the point of them giving a bit extra of themselves when they play, if they know officials are going to find a way to come down on them in favour of the opposition?
:annoyed:
