Well she has no choice. What I object to is bands using a backing track whilst pretending to play/sing making it look like they are playing live when they aren't.
Well it's a very good question and I would say no that is not live. Playing something live to create the sample, then pressing a button to repeat it is ok. But someone else will be along in a minute to say that it's fine.

She sings over a backing track that contains her vocals so sometimes she is singing live, sometimes she isn't - it would be extremely difficult to sing properly whilst dancing like she does. It is prolific nowadays as it adds to the live experience apparently but if people enjoy it then fine...
Absolutely. She was really good yesterday, looked knackered today. It's no surprise as she has not played much, but she seems to have got her mojo back a bit at least. Maybe a good run at Wimbledon is coming as they don't play on consecutive days if the weather is decent.
