Not a Brighton footballer but at Greenock parkrun:
Professional footballer Robbie Crawford was first home in a time of 16.35, smashing his PB in the process by 25 seconds followed closely by Daniel Doherty who also improved on his best time.
Sorry - also ticket exchange is being improved. By Christmas they should have a system in have that will give you the option of cash or a voucher (voucher will be worth more as money goes back to the club). Then next year they should be able to allow you to discount next season ticket against...
Here in slightly more detail is what was discussed (as I remember it so mistakes are down to me)
1. Lift work (bottom of coach park) should be complete by Stoke game).
2. Someone asked if wider stairs could be put in around this same area to help with this bottle neck after games. PB will look...
My thoughts for what they are worth. Tomer goes to step over Yedlin's leg in pursuit of the ball which is rolling away. At the same time Yedlin is just starting to move his legs in order to stand up. His left leg moves about 6 inches to a position where it is under Tomer's foot just as Tomer...
Not according to wikipedia.
Regarding goalkeepers height and their ability to prevent goals. Clearly none of us would be happy with a 5 ft keeper so clearly height is an issue as far as any keepers are concerned. Where the boundary lies for being too short is the issue. I would suggest that...
Ryan is more mobile (probably his only asset over Stockdale) but we are not Man City. We will not be defending from the half way line this season. We will be defending mostly in the final third. I don't believe that our team management is naive enough to think we have the ability to play high...
Pretty much spot on. Thought Sutner could have made himself more available to receive the ball from the keeper a few times especially in the second half but maybe he was concerned about getting caught deep on the ball as City push on so far up the pitch.
I hope so. He did not have anything to do in the first half so I can not comment at all on his keeping ability from that game other than he did one very accurate low kick out to Bruno which looked good. He looks small. Some of the lower end Premier League teams (Stoke, WBA, Burnley etc) are...
Happy to be proved wrong and hope he turns out to be the best keeper we have ever had. Obviously there is a point a which a keeper is too small. If we had signed someone 4ft tall we would all be moaning (and even a dwarf would have kept a clean sheet in the first half against Crawley). All i am...
Good question. His wiki page list him at 6ft and 1/2 inch and also at 180 cm. Now 180 cm is 5ft 11in. Looking at him today there is no way he is over 6ft so i am going with 5ft 11in. You would have to be an incredibly good keeper at that height.
OK - I agree with this although he had nothing to do today so hard to judge. He is incredibly small based on modern day keeper standards and even his legs don't look like a footballers (muscular). I will be amazed if he is our number one keeper for the whole of next season. He looks like a parks...
