You seriously don't think Cruyff is a legend? Or Puskas? Beckenbauer? I think your criteria is far too narrow, and anyway this is meant is meant to be about BHA.
Just had a quick look at RAWK. Blimey, every other post saying the ref cost them 3 points. I could understand the odd comment or two, but there were so many.
Well, the way I see it is that this run might not be great results wise, but I think the experience for Adingra, Igor, Baleba etc might pay dividends later. Mind you, I am an optimist!
Eric Steele. As well as his Groucho impressions, he once entertained us by walking on his hands, and I seem to remember him hiding the ball up his jumper and the ref not knowing where it was. Such a great character.
The rotation isn't just for the "tiredness" factor. It's also to give minutes to people that need to be integrated in the the team and how we play. If we can get Igor, Dahoud, Adingra, Verbruggen, Baleba etc up to speed early then we will reap the benefits along the line.
Oh well, if you're taking that approach then I'm going to nominate Three Imaginary Boys. It's completely different from the rest of their albums. I know Robert hates it but I love it and Michael Dempsey's bass playing is exquisite.
Just been checking that Blackburn match. Moran assisted the 2nd, scored the 3rd, was brought down for a pen that was missed, scored the 4th and assisted the 5th. None too shabby.
