Small portions of food regularly is the way to go. Don’t skip meals. Protein based diet is the focus. Build/maintain muscle mass is fundamental as you get older. Make unprocessed food vital. Get angry with a system that constantly throws and fills you up with shit.

DeZerbi is a puppy compared to Klopp. The latter’s experience shows through in his ability to adapt to the situation unlike the more purist DeZerbi. DeZerbi will learn, become more pragmatic, hopefully with us.
