My personal record was West Ham away when I was out inside of 35 minutes. Other notable mentions to the Palace 3-0 in which I somehow lasted just over an hour, Southampton 3-0 which was with 20 to go and the Reading 5-1 which was with 15 to play
We have 40 players for our two Sunday teams, which is very much against the grain. The league is dying, it's not helped by poor administration but most people now go for a 30 minute game on a Tuesday night rather than 90 minutes on a Sunday
Not sure there is much you can do to arrest the...
The Evening Star attracts a good crowd before games, presuming you can get served past the bloke in the wheelchair who insists on sitting and taking up half of the bar despite the fact he can walk into the toilet
We are probably in the top five for concourses in the division. Off the top of my head, Cardiff, Rotherham, Wolves, Wigan and Birmingham are all amicable. Must have been more drunk than I thought at Preston this season as have no recollection of it.
The difference of course being that at every...
What were you expecting? A set of LuaLua flips to celebrate the ball rebounding off him into the goal against a poor League Two team in a pre-season friendly?
Whoever came up with this idea needs their head examined and whoever is defending it should seek medical treatment as soon as possible as it cannot be healthy to have your head rammed so far up the club's arse that you can see the light from its mouth
Seven Stars was the best bar in the ground...
Having spent quite a lot of the last three weeks in France, the majority in Paris I would've thought I'd have noticed millions of people rioting. Must have missed it

It's going to be a busy few weeks. Eurostar to Paris tomorrow, train to Marseille on Saturday, back to Paris on the overnighter after the Russia game and Eurostar home Sunday. Then back to Paris again on Wednesday, train to Lens on Thursday, Eurostar home after the Wales game. TV ly to Geneva on...
Well Stockdale was distinctly average last season so it was hardly that much of an outrageous call.
Easily in our top 3 players of this season. Ben Roberts arrival as coach has certainly played his part but now £1.5m for him looks like a bargain bit of business
Went over when England played there in 2011. I quite liked it but then I do have a thing for shit Eastern European countries
One thing we found was that there were not many bars or clubs open on a weeknight, Monday -Thursday. As a result we "had to" end up in stone strange underground fetish...
While I loved playing the games at Lewes, if the point is to raise money then surely playing at The Amex is a no brainer? Yes the atmosphere will be rubbish with 29,500 empty seats and you will presumably lose the intimacy of the Dripping Pan but that is more than made up for by the players...
I thought Dortmund was very overrated having done it a couple of times now. The pre game stuff is good but during the match the atmosphere isn't as mythically amazing as they say it is.
Speaking to some Dortmund fans and they reckon it is to do with the fact that German football had become...
I tend to eat fruit for breakfast so the natural progression from that is fruit cider for the 8am out of London.
Hasn't quite been the same since Strongbow Jacques disappeared though
Yet without that money we wouldn't even be having this debate. Whitehawk would still be in the County League playing in front of 60 odd people and the ultras and 300 odd extra fans they have gained would be doing something else with their Saturday
Be interesting to see if the name change is blocked and the money men pull out as a result, how many of these ultras will follow the team to Westfield and Hurstpierpoint away when they have to reform in Division 3 of the County League
