Thanks, couldn’t see the later games on the fixtures I was looking at so assumed all were away!
Not all Premier League 2 sides are in it. City, Liverpool, United, Leicester and a few others are all missing.
But it’s a little 4 team group which I think the top 2 qualify from. Makes no sense that all 3 are away. Maybe because we’re one of the not many top division clubs in it?
I don't think Palace with 10 men will ever be beaten for me! This probably gets into my top 5.
Palace with 10 men
Palace on St Patricks Day
City 3-2
Doncaster
GP's welcome back
A couple of dreadful calls when we won the ball in the middle and were ready to break but the worst was in the NW corner, Chelsea defender facing the stands, Brighton player jogs over, Chelsea player sits down, foul.
These fouls get given all the time and I absolutely hate it, I'd love to show...
Having watched from the Pyecombe queue for what seemed like 3 days, as you said, it's fairly obvious where a great deal of improvement could be made.
Cars coming up to the Uni cause a massive problem, ban them and just let buses in. It's beyond me why anyone even would want to do it? It...
A lot of it was my own fault to be fair. Caught the train into Brighton no problem to catch the shuttle bus. Walked down to St Peters Church, waited half an hour as full buses went past, walked along to the Steine, got on a shuttle bus which moved about as fast as I could walking on my hands...
That’s seems a sensible option, seeing as you weren’t planning on going anyway and all that. Annoyingly though I’d like to go, have enough points but was on holiday and missed the on sale date.
Seeing as Derek and Karen get to ask three times, I’m having another go as well. Anybody with one...
I can't say I've been many places I've hated! If you look hard enough there's usually something for everyone everywhere. Except for maybe Croydon. Top 3 probably along these lines.
1. La Paz, Bolivia. Literally takes my breath away!
2. Tirana, Albania. Fascinating history.
3. Belfast...
Mansfield away, possibly Jeff Woods last game. Stuck in a little terrace where you couldn’t see 75% of the pitch, which was possibly a bit of a bonus as the 25% I could see was absolutely tragic.
A few that have already been mentioned, Halifax twice in a week, Blackpool with no petrol, Norwich in the snow and a power cut.
But Walsall away for me in some random cup. Lost 5-0 with a team containing players I’d never heard of before or since.
Despite just being a few miles down the road, last night was my first visit to Lewes. Tom Champion is a good friend and having been to watch him at Old Trafford and Wembley and countless other not so salubrious grounds, I've got to admit I was delighted when he signed for Lewes!
I think the...
