[Other Sport] Boxing 🥊 Carini v Khelif.

Only seen a bit via the BBC link but and it's just my opinion felt sorry for Italy's Angela Carini against what i thought was a very manly looking opponent in Algerian Imane Khelif and a mis match in my eyes, however others may see it differently ?

[News] Awful news coming in from Southport.

Hopefully someone will be able to advise me on my point, the culprit will eventually be charged with murder, but ATM why are the MSM as they always do refer to the victims being killed, is this down to legal procedures ?

    [Film] Actor Stanley Baker.

Just watching the 1967 film Robbery featuring The Late Stanley Baker who i believe was co-producer (?) so had a quick look at Bakers profile and maybe you see it differently but surely one of the best screen actors this country (especially the Welsh) has ever been blessed with ?

    [News] Utility bills and fixing.

Well if the very minimum increase was just £50 a quarter that's 200 sovs per annum and any government plan to reduce fossil fuel use for a greener alternative will take years how ever well intended. Speaking with work colleagues or in a social environment there does seem to be a trend to fixing.

    [News] Utility bills and fixing.

Taking the plunge today and fixed, i understand that the price cap is being raised in October and further three monthly reviews to follow and it's hard to see the actually price dropping. How do other NSC user's read the situation ?

Actually two branches of canal both the Leek and Uttoxeter arms which terminates at Froghall basin. Both arms split at Hazelhurst junction and the two arms are part of the Caldon canal which in turn comes off The Trent and Mersey canal.

    [Travel] The Seaford branch line.

Leek was served to all four points of the compass up until the mid 60,s and went the same way as many other lines. Morrisons now occupy the former station site and The Churnet Valley Railway run several miles of heritage railway and in fact we live a short distance away from Leekbrook Junction...

    [Travel] The Seaford branch line.

We have nothing like this here, bus services are poor 1ph to Stoke on Trent. Macclesfield or Buxton four or five a day. Yet and it's all about numbers we can't fault it. Plus after all the travel issues The Steamworks.

[Football] Lewes v Crawley Town PSF.

Obviously you would expect Crawley to press but felt The Rooks sat very deep, keeper had a good game and thought 10 was busy in midfield. At the end of the day it's Pro v Semi so always going to be a gap plus it was a PSF.
