I tried a peaceful on-the-pitch demo at scumhurst park last season at the Wimbledon game and got ejected from the ground so not a good idea:nono:
United we must stand
Brighton till I die...
A rather whimsical thread I thought when I first saw this, but in light of what has happened and what will happen...When we get Falmer we Will party...
United we must stand
Brighton till I die...
The day of the Hereford game I was still living in Wakefield and had a Saturday job so didn't actually find out the result from that game until I got home and put on the text.
For this reason the recent news re Falmer has got to be the worst I have felt since I moved down to the south...
A great game and a fantastic come back, the pure essence of what makes football the greatest game on the face of the planet. Makes me want Falmer even more and makes the sicky feeling in my stomach even worse...
United we must stand
Brighton till i die
Agreed the quiz night is the ideal opportunity to draw up a plan of action and have the word out before people set off on the journey to Wycombe.
United we must stand
Brighton till I die...
Now trying to organise a response from the offices of the university of sussex. I'm now realising that I work with NIMBYS and its really starting to piss me off
First saw all this last night, went to bed in a state off pissed off shockedness and consequently had a really crap nights sleep.
Emails and letters now sent.
We have to let our feelings be known at the weekend, we're passing through London on Saturday so have the ideal opportunity to do so...
Where ever this is going to be held, we need a place with a nice electronic scoreboard 'cos my mental arithmetic aint what it used to be.
This makes me think railway bell by the station, or the new market up bear road, can you think of any others?
