Seen Voldemort mentioned. Yes the delivery in the films is fantastic but Jesus wept as an actual character he is an absolute loser. Has almost unlimited resources, in theory some of the most powerful wizards on the planet on his side but completely outdone by an absolute dickhead smart arse...
Yep my plan is
16/11: Saltdean vs Wick
23/11: Seaford vs Worthing United
30/11: Eastbourne United vs Horsham YMCA
that's my provisional plan anyway. That'll mean starting the year and ending the year in Eastbourne (by pure chance )
When I went there at the beginning of the season I thought they'd be challenging near the top of the league come the end of the campaign. My only reservation was that their players were just CONSTANTLY arguing with each other and they didn't seem very disciplined. They seem to be sliding towards...
I was there today. I last went to a WSL in our first season after promotion and I'm glad that the crowd has grown a bit . I ultimately believe that it'll never really take off until they're playing regularly in Brighton
As someone who doesn't watch much, if any, women's football I was...
Thanks, that was my first thought. Unfortunately it's the first bit of negative feedback that I've had from any of the 54 Sussex grounds that I've been to. That includes all of their fellow Division 2 clubs which I've struggled to give particularly rave reviews to!
Precious is probably the word...
Thank you, bit gutted I missed out on the proper clubhouse to be honest! I would definitely like to return as I really liked the ground (it's just very far from me!) so will be sure to check it out next time
Ground number 53 was Southwater for a Division 2 Cup game against their local rivals TD Shipley.
Unfortunately I've been copping a bit of flack online from raging Southwater fans as I was a bit SCATHING about this place. Perhaps I didn't explain myself properly so I'll try here
It's part of a...
To be honest the two clubs already share a lot of fans, many of whom are on this board. There is often a dip in the attendance at Worthing if Brighton are at home at the same time and equally there's a boost if they're not. There seems to be a good relationship between the clubs
Big difference...
I have a 6 year old and he's never seen me drunk. I have taken him to the pub but I'd never have more than a couple in his presence. It's mostly my own hang up as my childhood was littered with seeing my mum getting absolutely shit faced on a regular basis so to be honest I just hate it.
I like Worthing. As mentioned before it doesn't need to be like Brighton and really the two major differences are the lack of students and fewer tourists. I imagine if one of the uni's had a campus there it would quite rapidly transform and would just be a full on mini Brighton
As it is, it...
So America's A become two time champs after a closely fought final
The next version of this contest will be in 4 years time, to give an opportunity to really refresh the squads, feel like this years was probably too similar to last years
