European nights are a rare treat. It's when these crappy flat-track bully clubs built on a history of pure bigotry regularly get spanked by actual proper big clubs and not those that have got there by encouraging a core support who sing sectarian songs or parade sectarian banners.

I've gone heart over head and a 3-0 win to the good guys.
In reality, it'll be a crap 2-0 defeat though. Smug Eddie always smugs a result out of us, sadly.
They have too many runs now.
I think 250 was just about gettable as you can't rule out a big score from Duckett and/or Root at the moment, but this is now too many.
My Scottish team is Hibs, but faced between the choice of a Hearts over either of the scummy unwashed bigots, I'd pick Hearts all day long. I hope Rangers and Celtic go bust.
The commentators are making me chuckle. The 4th wicket went down and it's all "Leech and Bashir spinning England into contention". Pakistan score EIGHT runs and they're all "England putting fielders back - obviously now very concerned with the Pakistan lead here"
As much as I was royally pissed off that you beat us by one place, I have to say that "partly" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there.
A bit like if I was one result short of winning a £20 acca @ 5000/1 but this was partly made up by finding a tenner on the pavement.
It's all very well saying that, but it's not like these billionaires won't be leaving behind Talk TV, GB News and Fleet Street in the country, plus it'll only hand more power to the super rich who do stay.
I'm not sure I agree with your point. If they had just sat through 2 or 3 years barely trying to address the current mess, they'd have been accused of exactly that in 5 years time. I'd rather they tried to make changes. Yes the WFA has been handled cack-handedly, but nevertheless it is...
That's not the same thing because there is no free state provision of university education. Therefore adding VAT to uni fees really might be the difference between somebody pursuing further education and not doing so.
Not sure that's true as much as low-hanging fruit taxation from a government that promised no tax hikes on working people. I'd rather they hiked IHT or Corp Tax but ultimately if you can afford to send your kids private you should be paying tax on it. Listening to the usual Tory suspects...
Yep, and the media have overlooked the footballing backwater of Bristol, where Rovers are at home to Weston-Super-Mare - a coastal town on Bristol's doorstep.
