    [Politics] The Labour Government

I’m spare show me were I was advocating their polices. I was asked what reform’s policies were so I posted them. My view is that provided the Tories are competent they will always win because this country is not a socialist country. The question is will the Tories become competent in 4 years...

    [Politics] The Labour Government

I think more will return to the Tories but since you asked these are all very business friendly Reform policies: Reform said it would reduce the main corporation tax rate from 25 per cent to 20 per cent and raise the threshold for paying the tax from £50,000 to £100,000. Its other proposals...

    [Politics] The Labour Government

I think they’ll return to the Tories and possibly Reform. Depends if those two come to some kind of alliance. The truth is this country is not a socialist state and the people won’t tolerate a socialist government. Starmer needs to move to the middle or he’ll lose next time.

    [Politics] The Labour Government

Starmer has lost a lot of people with his comments this week. People are up in arms in the business community. The notion that someone running a business is not a worker is an abhorrence.

2 points dropped against both trackers. What a bloody disaster. Still can't believe it!

What’s your going back clock strategy? It seems to me there are two choices: 1) you gain an extra hour on Saturday evening 2) you gain an extra hour in bed

Not at the start but Lamptey was born in Hillingdon so that counts in my book.

Great finish. Was really pleased for him. Hope this a turning point for him. Could have had another if Wieffer was a footballer.

Looks a bit like a blue version of Stoke's stadium before they filled in the corners. Both were designed in the 90s probably off the same template.

I've tracked my family back to the early 18th century. Some were forced into the work house and worked like slaves. Can I claim a slice please?

[Football] Swindon Town - 18th in League Two

Blimey. Seems like a good fit to be fair, although smacks of a bad owner trying to stick a name in to justify expectation levels that are above what the club really is. Good luck for anyone that gets a taxi home with him on a saturday night.

I know for a fact that SOME milked this. Not all, absolutely not all. But there were businesses that took it because they didn't know what was going to happen but who could easily now pay it back. There should have been a mechanism to recover some of the money rather than make it so easy for a...
