Yeah it is so middle class when I sit in the WSU and occasionally the NS surrounded by people in Barbour jackets and Hunter wellies. It is so annoying when they leave their horses tied to the railings outside and when they let their labradors block the stairs. And they are ALWAYS banging on...
I welcome the views of fans of other clubs on NSC when they have something intelligent or witty to say. You offer neither wit nor intelligence, just bitter sneering. And just out of interest how do you find the time to post nearly 1,500 times since March on the forum of a club you clearly despise?
Oh blimey not this boring old guff again...you either qualify to play for a country or you don't, and the criteria in football is much stricter than in rugby or cricket where you get surnames such as Vunipola, Joyce, and Pieterson cropping up in the England squads
I'm amazed it's taken England so flippin' long to get around to this; it's been going for around 10 years in Ireland resulting in less rubbish in the streets and people thinking a bit more about unnecessary consumption...
It nearly kicked-off in the train queue between 5 or 6 Albion and a similar number of Cardiff. Chest shoves and "come on then mate" from an Albion bloke...
I support fan solidarity ideas like this and hope that a lot of us will meet the Cardiff fans for the photo because away fans in particular are ripped-off. However, to be honest I don't reckon £20 is a realistic price; for the Championship I think the right level should be £25-£30 for an adult.
Yes but it's no secret that Thatcher's government wanted English clubs out of Europe so UEFA were pushing at an open door. Of course other countries have had hooligan problems, but nothing like on the scale and depressing regularity of that supplied by the English during that period.
Agreed Mr Mahone...but even unfinished the i360 makes Brighton look like a happening and exciting kind of place.
I also hope we get our act together to win World Heritage funding to restore the cast iron arches, etc.
Any chance we can come back to the point that this was a fantastic weekend for the city and find other threads to grind axes about the council, the i360, etc. etc...
I really don't understand the fuss about the Chilli Pickle...but I suppose if you like quasi Indian food served in metal dishes in a noisy environment it's perfect.
