[Albion] Fabian I was wrong

Showed me thinking he had lost the dressing room. Amazing

Exactly what I'm thinking this morning after seeing this. Good to see and it'll be interesting if a clip of the Forest away dressing room was shown after the 7 nil! Obviously, we will never know but my guess would be a downbeat but still some sort of motivational " guys, today is what happens when we're not on it, when we're not intense etc etc"........

You can see clearly how collectively the players have stood up and responded, almost to a man, rising to the occasion.
All the more amazing considering he’d lost the dressing room amid a player revolt……

That shity dressing room is smaller than Patcham Place Pavilion dressing rooms ffs, are they refurbishing the proper one? I’d stick a portacabin in the car park for NFC’s visit next year as payback

We’re not allowed to say about the people who look like they got things terribly wrong as it hurts their feelings remember.
It wasn’t people saying they’d lost faith in Hurzeler, more the regular nonsense about managers having lost the dressing room, alleged fighting between disgruntled players, older players leading a mutiny etc etc. It happens every time we lose a couple of matches. There has never been any real evidence and a few games later videos like this show it’s most likely utter tosh.

It's an extraordinary turnaround.

It's not just the results but the manner of the performances. The defending, togetherness and counter attacking.

Fair bloody play.
It really isn't. We've spent all apart from a few days in the top half of the table. We're now eighth in the table. If there's anything that's substantially different between now and a month ago, it's that we're far less afflicted by injuries. This means that the manager can consistently pick a more settled line-up, and there are plenty of quality options on the bench so we can crank up the intensity of our performance when starters begin to lull.

It's also worth reflecting that we've now won eight out of ten. Of the two that we didn't, one was that Forest loss, which generated an ALMIGHTY MELTDOWN on here, alongside all the nonsense that you've suggested. And most of those saying such things are now saying congrats to Fab, you've adapted and not just any way, but to my way of thinking (Fab has seen the light that I -- football expert -- have shed on NSC). They'll all point to substantial formation changes (which of course they'd suggested), completely oblivious of things like player availability, fitness to play x minutes, etc, etc.
Fair play for those admitting that they were wrong. The next step is to try and work out why they were wrong.

Ok great! it's perfectly normal then that after months of people being puzzled by us only playing well for 45 mins in matches, some very erratic form with a high number of draws and leaky goals, plus confusion on what style we play, things have now changed, it was all inevitable.

5 great results in a row, all with some fast-paced displays featuring breathtaking counter attacking football and incredible defensive work, all while we've lost our captain to injury as well as his usual replacement, our first choice right back and his replacement, and all while having to manage minutes of Danny Welbeck.

Well done Fab, but as the previous post says, it was always on the cards that this would happen as soon as Jack Hinshelwood got fit.

True. I think my favourite was a certain poster who stated we were playing "suicidal football"......this is a team which only Liverpool and Arsenal have lost fewer games. In case you did not know, both of those clubs are first and second in the league.

Welbeck form is incredible as well for someone who had fallen out with Fab over the treatment of Evan. Where are the ITKs now 😂
I dont believe Dunk is injured....he's been dropped due to the MUTINY he led against Fab.

I think the main reasons they were wrong is that 1) they don't have all the inside information (none of us do), 2) they don't know enough about football (I put myself in that category too) and 3) they're not aware of 1 & 2 (I am).
