I was just thinking, of the 8 teams left I would say we've got the second best draw. In terms of who is happiest with the draw, I reckon it goes something like this:

Villa - they got a championship side
BHA - home draw, we can beat anyone. Not ideal to play Forest but at least they're out of form and redemption is a major motivator.
Preston - of the 14 possible outcomes, I reckon this is their 3rd or 4th choice. Villa are wobbling a bit, so they have a puncher's chance at home.
Fulham - not ideal to be playing a form team, but at least they're at home.
Palace - not ideal to be playing away at a similar standard club, but they're in form and have just won there.
Forest - very tough looking away trip, but from their POV, they haven't lost to us this season, and well, 7-0.
Bournemouth - cup favourites is the last team their fans would have wanted, but they are at home where they have beaten City this season already. (The result that kick-started the horror run)
Man City - the worst draw they could have got was a trip to one of the south coast clubs. But Bournemouth was probably the absolute worst as they'll get about 63 tickets in that shoebox, and not even behind the goal.

Does us playing on Tuesday already affect that or could that be moved?
Villa home (looks very likely) to be moved to Weds evening, as Preston v Villa is (almost certainly) on Sunday lunchtime

Suggested schedule online is:
Fulham v Palace - Sat lunchtime
Brighton v Notts Forest - Sat early evening
Preston v Villa - Sunday lunchtime
Bournemouth v Man City - Sunday afternoon

No thanks. Sat early evening is my problem one!

1 things for certain. The players won't need firing up for this 1! Just a simple 7-0 newspaper headline should suffice just in case they do!😊
This has surely got to be in our favour. If just being in the quarter final isn't enough, it's a huge motivation.

All in our starting 11? Really?

Bournemouth and Newcastle have several players that would definitely be in our starting 11. Forest? Nah
Yep. Something like the below.

Sels

Aina
JPVH
Murillo
Pervis or Hinsh

Baleba
Anderson

Mitoma
MGW or Rutter
Pedro

Wood

Like I said, pretty evenly matched first XIs. But we have much more strength in depth.
