Well I'm definitely boycotting you for this unmarked spoiler of a TV show I started watching last week :tantrum:
Mea culpa.

I’ve heard she comes back again, re-appearing in the shower after it turned out it was just the hotel manager’s dream.

Never been happy with myself for using Amazon so that's gone. Netflix is pants these days so that's any easy one. I'm writing this on an Android phone... So that's the tough one to disentangle from.

Here here. Every snowflake denies it is the snow storm. Individual micro action can definitely make a difference.
That's my view.
Take holidays. In 2022 (latest data I can find easily) there were over 10 million visitors to the USA from Western Europe. It doesn't need every single one to cancel their holiday/business trip but if a few % do choose to holiday elsewhere that has a noticeable effect on revenues.
Same with technology, food, cars etc. Its the butterfly effect (probably)

Exactly. We were going to the US next year. We're now going to Canada.

Was just sitting here watching the game and working my way through a bag of Skittles which I'm probably going to have to stop eating. Not because they're made by a subsidiary of Mars but because of this:

The European Union's top food regulators found in 2021 that titanium dioxide, an additive found in Skittles, could damage DNA, which in turn could lead to cancer. This resulted in the EU phasing out sale of Skittles and other foods containing titanium dioxide starting February 7, 2022, with a full ban enacted August 7, 2022.

I had no idea they'd been banned in that Union thing we used to be in.

Yes. I usually do at least a couple of trips across the border each year. I'm planning to avoid going to the US completely this year (with the exception of the Air France debacle I mentioned earlier in the thread). My running club usually does a trip to the US for a race event but we've already decided to stick to Canadian events this year.

It could be a challenge avoiding the US to have any real chance of attending World Cup matches next year though.
