Worthing
Young Minteh has been so frustrated with himself over the last two games. He likes goal scoring too much

It looked weird at the time, and it's not looking any better now.
It was genuinely hilarious. His head absolutely went for about 5 minutes. He is a bit of a loose cannon.

I'm really starting to like him these days though. He's a bit of a blunt instrument but he can be deadly and he works his absolute bollocks off.

I didn't know there was an alternative to liking him. Like you say, he works really hard, both charging forwards, but more notably tracking back. We're really vulnerable to pace when we lose the ball, so if he's close enough he can save us.

Sometimes he looks as if he's never played football before but if all that raw talent can be harnessed ...
Yup. Love him.

Bit of a random action generator, as Kaz could be back in the day also.

Utterly unstoppable one moment, a bit brainless the next.

His workrate in recent games has been PHENOMENAL.

I think he’s great. I also think he’s improving his game awareness and management - obviously not elite yet. But, blimey, he works so hard in defence. Big fan of Yanners!
And can we all please just accept that the other side of the coin to 'incredible work rate, immense but raw talent and total enthusiasm' is the occasional 'bad decision, wild overhead clearance and silly challenge in the box'. If/when he eliminates those from his game, he won't be with us for long!

I write this as a total fan of what he is NOW.

Spot on, mate. We bought him (like much of our squad) as raw potential.

We are both excited by his development but he has further to travel on his journey yet.

What he is NOW is 20 years old with not many games behind him. So much potential and improving very quickly
