[Politics] Musk (real life Bond villain planning world domination) needs a thread.

Musk is far, far wealthier than he was just a short while ago.

It wouldn't matter if X had fallen to $0 - but it hasn’t. It seems it could now be worth in the same ballpark as he paid for it.

xAI (Grok) has soared in value since creation not long ago.

SpaceX continues to increase in worth at a stratospheric (see what I did there?) rate.

The one thing we can’t cling onto is “Musk is losing money and he may soon see sense”.

At some point, he is going to use a lot of that money on research and perhaps the implementation of eternal life for himself if he is to follow the evil genius playbook faithfully.

I think if I owned a Tesla, I’d be looking to sell ASAP whilst it’s still worth something. It must be galling owning one of those knowing that you’ve added to Musk’s wealth and influence (if you have a conscience).

I'm starting to go through my (small) investments, most US stocks will be sold in a few weeks. It'll probably reduce my future gains, but I don't care.
I'm waiting to hear if there any anti Trump/musk talk from the big guys: Bezos, Zuckerberg, Gates...

I hope many more follow suit.

Yep, I haven't read any Trump/Musk pushback yet from US company leaders...maybe I've missed it? Are they ALL terrified of them or in love with the direction of travel?
Any sane person can see that what is happening isn’t right, I’m not sure where it’ll come from but surely there will be pushback.

Neuralink is the key yes. Eternal life, or at least eternal existence. His power is not about cars or "X".

So, who do you view as a far right political party?
BNP if they are still going. Something with racial supremacist doctrine. I admit its getting a bit blurred, clearing up the mess the left has caused has never been far right but is always labelled as such.

It’s not looking good, sadly. Zuck is already firmly in cuck territory.

The rich tend to be more concerned with their own interests, silence combined with masterly inactivity is probably the best we can hope for.

I don't think Gates can be tarred with the same brush as the tech oligarchs. Fundamentally a good un I think

Yes, just read a good article on Al Jazeera saying most US tech knobs are happy so far, as they'll see less regulation and possibly lower taxes.
They don't think any deeper than that.
