You haven’t learned.

I would wager £100 more British people have been murdered, raped and assaulted in this country by foreign immigrants than by the Russian state?

If you don’t think that fact (hard as it maybe to digest) isn’t a factor in the political map for Starmer to navigate on with Ukrainian policy you are an absolute fool.
What an absolute loon you are.
An absolute loon.

How does our country produce imbeciles like you?

You and people like you, are part of the reason I’m no longer proud of my country.

Absolute moronic loon 😀🤦🏻‍♂️

So are Trump and Musk actually Russian assets?
Well we know from stories before the election that Musk has been having regular cosy little chats with Putin, and I very much doubt they were discussing the weather

Does anyone honestly think that the CIA will be happy with what’s happening with Russia?
would imagine alot of people in Washington and beyond are deeply concerned about whats reportedly going on with Russian relations on the surface, and probably doing much to alter. we dont really know what the scope of reported discussion are.

F*** me! Do we really need any more evidence that Trump is Putin's creature?!

It's the videos that Putin has that need to be exposed.
This is a load of nonsense in my opinion. Even if they existed and Putin showed them to the world Trump would just cry "fake news" and his base would believe him. And with the advances in AI now, incriminating videos aren't going to be any use anymore, as the person being incriminated will just claim it is AI. Same goes for recordings or anything else of that ilk.

Surely intelligence agencies prefer assets that behave predictably and go unnoticed. Trump is the opposite of that and impossible to consistently control.

Besides, they don’t need him to be an official asset, he is ridiculously easy to manipulate and that’s something they are very good at.

Opinion of a former resident of my wifes home city, in the Guardian is almost exactly the words my wife would herself express.

Yulia*, 43, was as a postal worker in Mariupol until the Russian invasion. “Now,” she said, “I have no housing, no job, I’m a refugee.”

“In short, Trump is [seemingly] proposing to give Putin my home town. Where Putin’s troops killed [thousands of] civilians. They almost killed me and my child. Trump is proposing that the Russians get away with this monstrous crime, that the Russians get their illegal reward for killing the civilians of Mariupol.

“I will never agree to Russian murderers taking my city. Six generations of my ancestors are buried in Mariupol. My son was born in Mariupol. Russians stole our home, stole all our things, and now Trump [may want to] formalise this crime.”

Sadly that is exactly what Trump seems to be doing at the same time trying to line his own pocket. We were all concerned about Trump but I don't think any of us thought he would be this bad, you'd at least hope he would have got something off the Russians.

I agree with you regarding Trump, but in a world where truth actually matters (like Europe), it would still matter, because you can tell the difference between something real and fake.

But wait. What's this?

(Zelensky looks forlorn, resigned).

Has anyone managed to work out what's going on?

Trump wanted half of Ukraine's resources, in exchange for, as far as I can tell, a few more weapons. The US didn't say they'd get Russia out of Ukraine, they didn't seem to offer much at all. So what is this new deal supposed to be? I can't see it being anything half sensible.

He doesn't need to make any decisions like that. He just needs to fight on. It's worth him trying to make the right noises towards the US along the lines of 'they'll get paid for any aid they send, as well as anything they've already sent'. It certainly wouldn't be smart to refuse any more aid from the US. If Trump cuts it, fine, but Zelenskyy shouldn't cut it.
Yes, but much of the weaponry aid already sent was out of date/knackers stuff that should be priced honestly by the US (fat chance).

Didn't it actually save them money as they didn't have to pay to get it decommissioned?
