Good luck to Cashin. I think he's going to be just what we need and will show it when he gets his chance. I thought that was a good humble interview. Love that he talks about wanting to improve and kick on. I expect this is a step towards three at the back, which I reckon we'll play for most of 25/26 season.

I think the general rule of thumb is that if they come from abroad they’re brilliant, if they come from the Championship or a UK league they’re “underwhelming.”
