[Albion] Why wouldn't you start with Georginio and Minteh..

...when at home to a side in the bottom half and when both were excellent the previous week?

I don't understand 'the process'.

I can understand Georginio being used as a sub again, but the Minteh one is bizarre as he played so well as a starter last week. 6 days rest since his 75 mins at Old Trafford and another 7 days until our next game, so can't say it's necessary rotation, can we?

Minteh, yes. I was very surprised to see him benched today.

Georginio is trickier as "the process" recently has seen him come on, excel and score. I think you can certainly make a case for him starting, and he's a real favourite of mine, but if you are playing two out-and-out wingers and Danny Welbeck is fit, then you are deciding between Pedro and Georginio as your number 10.

We have a lot of options for the three players in the Welbz plus three others formation.

It seemed obvious to me not to start Minteh. He's a quick winger that runs at defences who have a high line and leave space behind. Perfect for Man Utd away. Absolutely pointless for Everton at home. And I would also have started Pedro and Welbeck over Rutter.

I havent played for 30 years but the general rule back then was if you had a great game you would not be dropped. How things change

Picking a pointless and immobile Gruda in front of a slow Veltman as your right sided option against a team you know will stick 6 players in the back like is a mystery of the like we have never seen in the Amex era. Unfathomable.

Minteh was also outstanding in the first half of the other Everton game this year and brilliant last week.

Obvious decision to drop him for Gruda whose done nothing all season.
Gruda needs to go out on loan, not Enciso.
