Not happening apparently - our break clause can't be activated now that he's made the requisite number of appearances
If both clubs agree its still possible, but in the unlikely event it happens I would imagine he would go straight on another loan. We're a little flooded in the Buoanotte positions.

I think it's just about the perfect loan. Shouldn't affect us in the table, he gets good competitive game time in the PL, might inflict some damage on some competitors and we will get an idea of whether he has what it takes.
Deffo. Happy with that. We've played them twice already so no awkwardness. He'll have to knuckle down there and get stuck in. If he doesn't, we know what we're working with. If he does he'll have a great season and develop and we can take it from there. I also wo der whether experiencing life fighting at the bottom might help him see his life at Brighton in a different light.

Same with goodnight.

Good luck to him. Hope it works out for all parties.
Recently what he may have lacked in end product, he certainly came on the pitch with energy, wanting to make a difference.
I loved Mackail-Smith for that spirit, just don't see the same in Enciso. I only bring him up because he's the high bar for (mostly forlorn) effort I've seen in a Brighton shirt.

I like Enciso and he is a skilful player however, he does seem to take on several players and losing possession without perhaps, taking the better option of passing to a teammate. He has scored the odd worldy but that doesn't make him better than anyone else in a team game. Hope the loan to Ipswich suits both parties and he gets the game time he wants.

How does going on a loan to Upswich make it more likely we get 50 million quid? I'm not sure I understand the logic.
Well another club will likely be more willing to pay any sort of fee having seen him play for Ipswich, and hopefully score some goals, rather than sitting on our bench.

& as we know, if an article contains a specific fee its probably a load of bullshit.

No shit?!

That's a world exclusive by Steve Hanlon, right there.

Player would rather play for German giant or Italian champions league team over a side that is in the relegation zone. I'm gobsmacked by that.

On the actual loan, I reckon it's decent. He'll get plenty of game time and like @Han Solo says it should hopefully sharpen up his decision making as he'll have real world consequences. Hopefully he shines and he either comes back to a new contract or we can sell him for a decent fee. I'd like him to stay, there's potentially a great player in there.
