She may only be a volunteer but she has just slagged off her ulimate boss in public. How on earth can anyone (especially her) be in anyway surprised that he's told her not to come back? Even if she was a contracted employee I'd suggest that was stupid, but as a non-contracted volunteer.....brain dead.
